CharlotteMetroNetworking.com is a community-driven platform designed to help local professionals connect, collaborate, and grow through thoughtfully organized monthly breakfast meetups across the Charlotte Metropolitan Area. Events are hosted throughout Mecklenburg, Gaston, Lincoln, Catawba, Iredell, Rowan, Cabarrus, and Union counties in North Carolina, as well as York and Lancaster counties in South Carolina.

Our mission is simple: build real relationships, encourage referrals, and create a trusted local professional network in a relaxed, welcoming environment. These meetups are intentionally structured to promote meaningful conversations, genuine connections, and long-term collaboration among locally based professionals and entrepreneurs.

 

To keep each group productive and balanced, participation is limited to one professional per industry, helping reduce direct competition while strengthening referral-driven relationships.

Each meetup is designed to be efficient, friendly, and low-pressure:

About the Founder

Charlotte Metro Networking was founded by Andrew Bernstein, MSRE, a Charlotte-area entrepreneur and commercial real estate appraiser with more than 25 years of experience working with business owners, investors, attorneys, lenders, and developers throughout the Carolinas and beyond.

 

Andrew is the President of Macro Realty Advisors, LLC, a commercial real estate appraisal and advisory firm serving the greater Charlotte region. His professional background spans commercial real estate valuation, investment analysis, development consulting, and capital markets, giving him a unique, cross-disciplinary perspective on how local businesses grow and succeed.

 

In addition to his work in real estate, Andrew has spent time serving the community as an EMT on an Advanced Life Support ambulance in Charlotte. He and his family live in the Charlotte metro area, and he is deeply invested in building strong local relationships—both professionally and personally.

 

Charlotte Metro Networking was created to provide a thoughtful, well-organized alternative to traditional networking, focused on authenticity, collaboration, and long-term value rather than transactional encounters.
